Great evening in downtown Los Angeles for Q POP SHOP’s 007 James Bond 50th Commemorative Gallery opening. It was great seeing y piece “I must be dreaming” featuring Pussy Galore from Goldfinger, amongst the other amazing and eclectic pieces hanging in the store walls. (The piece sold which was great)

Thanks once again to Q POP’s Chris Mitchell, Mickey Pantepo and Irene Yuen. The gallery is up until the May 11, 2013 so come by and see it if you can.

For the fifth time in a row, the cool people at Q POP Shop in downtown Los Angeles has invited me to contribute to a gallery. This time it’s to honor the 50th anniversary of James Bond. The image above is a close up of my piece which is 11 inches by 8 inches done in Photoshop, printed on 61 pound, high grade paper on a Canon high-res printer. And yes, it’s framed and ready to hang.

For the fourth straight time I’ve been invited by the fine folks at Q POP SHOP in downtown Los Angeles to be a part of another cool gallery event.  This time it’s …. wait for it…  STAR TREK!  Yes, everything and anything “trek” .

I decided to go with a little cartoon to lament the life of “The red-shirted Expendable”.  The digital piece is 9.5 x 7.5 high quality print and mounted on an 12.4 x 15 1/4 frame.

The gallery opens on Saturday, February 16th at 7pm in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.

Here’s another piece for this Saturday’s MICRO GALLERY SHOW.  It’s one of the two black and white pieces I did. (See previous post for details) Robot is not feeling so good here..  A good knock on the head should do the trick!  (Done with black Pentel Colorbrush)
