Multi-tasking…

After I sketched this it reminded me of teacher Helen Foley from The Twilight Zone movie. (Played by Kathleen Quinlan)

At the end of a long day drawing I spend some time doodling or sketching as my way to unwind. This is a quick collage of drawings spanning the last few months.

For the fourth straight time I’ve been invited by the fine folks at Q POP SHOP in downtown Los Angeles to be a part of another cool gallery event.  This time it’s …. wait for it…  STAR TREK!  Yes, everything and anything “trek” .

I decided to go with a little cartoon to lament the life of “The red-shirted Expendable”.  The digital piece is 9.5 x 7.5 high quality print and mounted on an 12.4 x 15 1/4 frame.

The gallery opens on Saturday, February 16th at 7pm in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
